What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with the project management team to develop and implement comprehensive construction plans
  2. Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential challenges and devise effective solutions
  3. Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety standards
  4. Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to address concerns and seek approvals
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, building codes, and design techniques to continuously improve our construction processes
  6. Mentor and guide junior architects and design professionals within the team

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Architecture or a related field
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Architect or in a similar role within the construction industry
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing the design and construction of complex projects
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address challenges that arise on-site
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  6. Proficient in the use of design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM tools
  7. Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
