Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a 4-year bachelor's degree from any course.
- With 6 months to 1 years of experience in Admin and Loans Document Management
- Amenable to report in Imus, Cavite branch.
Job Purpose:
Responsible for the operational transactions in the branch, as makers and reviewers of BKG transactions and makers for ACS Payments.
Process, review, monitor, document, and support all loan operations transactions and documentation, specifically In the BKG and OTHERS transactions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviews Purchase Order as to completeness of submitted client's requirements. Reviews booking documents submitted, signed by clients and dealer's authorized signatory and ensuring its accuracy.
Prepares BKG requests. Reviews signed ATD Bundle, Dealer documents, Signed Auto AF and Signed DNT documents upon receipt.
Responsible in the checking of specific Application details as defined in the Delineation of Functions versus the received signed ATD Bundle, Dealer's Documents, Signed Application Form, Signed DNT and Face to Face of the client.
Pre-book and book loan releases in ILAPS system.
ORCR batch receiving, checking, tagging, scanning and uploading
Process payments of Loan Proceeds and dealers' incentives in ACS.
Prepares Post Review report
Operating Policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Monitors operational processes and ensure that they are done accurately and completely within the prescribed turn-around time.
- Complies with the existing rules and regulations of the company ( e.g. COC, OM, IN, directives)
Other administrative functions
-Ensures all reports are submitted as scheduled.
- Timely submission of documents/reports as required, without the need for follow-up.
