Regional Manager

We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Regional Manager to oversee the operations and performance of our regional branch. • Oversee the overall operation and management of the regional branch.
• Develop and implement business strategies to meet company goals and ensure steady growth.
• Lead, train, and motivate a regional team to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure targets are consistently met.
• Allocate resources effectively within the region to support company initiatives.
• Prepare and submit regular operational reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
• Good spoken English and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly responsible, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and coordination abilities.
• Prior experience in team management or a similar supervisory role is preferred.

• Monthly Salary: ₱50,000 – ₱100,000 (increases based on company growth and individual performance).
