Geodetic Engineer

• Reviews survey works; this includes verification, relocation, topographic survey.
• Accompany the survey team, from time to time, in actual field surveys to familiarize himself in the actual site condition.
• Process raw data, analyze survey system to be adopted (upon due consultation with the Dept. Head and Instrument Man) and prepare survey plans and reports.
• Furnish the Instrument Man with the final relocation plan, coordinates of control stations and lot corners for monumenting.
• Preparation of Relocation plan and Topographic plan.
• Coordinate with survey contractors regarding farmed-out survey works.
• Prepare survey returns and plans for approval by the Bureau of Lands or Land Registration Authority.

Job Qualifications

• With at least 3 years experience in VSR and/or topographic survey
• Good computer skills in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Application such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge in the use of Google earth and Surveying software such as NMAX Survey and GE-Survey is an advantage;
• Keen on details and executes with high degree of accuracy; Independent and can work with minimum supervision;
• Executes tasks with utmost professionalism and integrity.

Work Conditions

• Ortigas-based but amenable to regularly travel within CENTRAL LUZON or CALABARZON 4A projects from time to time.
