Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Representative to join our sales team. This role involves assisting Spanish-speaking customers throughout the car buying process — from initial inquiry to closing the sale. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from Spanish-speaking clients.

  • Provide detailed information about vehicle models, pricing, financing options, and promotions.

  • Guide customers through the car buying process, including test drive scheduling, paperwork, and follow-ups.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with the sales, finance, and after-sales teams to ensure a smooth transaction.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).

  • Proven experience in customer service or sales (car sales is a plus).

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented attitude.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or telesales.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and online sales tools.

  • Knowledge of financing and car loan processes.
