  • Complete call logs and reports accurately and timely.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, email, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
