The Chief Finance Office Division of DWS comprises Risk, Investor Relations, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Integrated Reporting, Regional CFO teams, Tax, Capital & Liquidity Management, Finance Director teams for the Investment Platform, Coverage and Infrastructure functions and the COO team.

Finance is currently going through a significant transformation which includes the implementation of a new SAP platform. This means that a significant number of operational processes will be automated and standardised globally. This requires the creation of new teams, including the Cash Management Lead, to support these processes which will start small with the initial go live and grow as additional entities are migrated onto the platform over the following 12 months.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute Finance Master Data related tasks while providing support on system implementations for process excellence and execution with a focus on data management and data quality.
• Work with IT partners and Finance to identify solutions and process improvement related to Data Management.
• Perform UAT Testing for all Master Data related changes.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of Corporate Accounting processes and tools.

Your Skills And Experience

• Finance or Accounting Graduate
• Experience in the usage of S4Hana Finance
• Demonstrated collaboration with multiple business/finance functions
• Strategic mindset, strong analytical, problem solving and research skills
• Ability to work independently and complete work on scheduled on a fast-paced environment
• Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with vendors and business partners
• Must be able to work in a hybrid set up
