About the Role

Caritas Manila, a leading non-profit organization, is seeking a skilled and creative Brands Officer to lead our multimedia and creative team. In this full-time position, you will oversee the production of visual and multimedia materials — from concept development to final output — ensuring that every design and video aligns with Caritas Manila's brand identity and mission.

As a Brands Officer, you will take a hands-on leadership role — guiding, assisting, and collaborating with graphic artists and video editors to produce impactful visual content that strengthens our communications and inspires our audiences.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and assist the creative team in producing high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and other digital materials.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute visual campaigns that communicate Caritas Manila's programs, events, and advocacies.
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative process — from briefing, storyboarding, and production to editing and final delivery.
  • Provide creative direction, feedback, and technical guidance to artists and editors.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials, both print and digital.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support marketing, fundraising, and advocacy initiatives through compelling visuals.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and priorities to ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Stay updated on design and video trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance team output.

What We're Looking For
  • A Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in multimedia production, graphic design, or video editing, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar design and editing tools.
  • Strong creative and conceptual skills, with an eye for design, composition, and storytelling.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Passionate about using visual media to advance social causes and Caritas Manila's mission.
