About the role

Alberto Shoes Corporation is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Artist to join our team in our Cubao Quezon City Metro Manila office. As a Graphic Artist, you will play a key role in creating visually stunning designs that support our brand and marketing initiatives. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Conceptualise and design a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media graphics and other visual assets
  • Collaborate with the marketing and advertising teams to bring their creative visions to life
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure our brand remains fresh and engaging
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Provide creative input and solutions to enhance the overall visual impact of our marketing campaigns

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience as a Graphic Artist or Designer, preferably in the retail or fashion industry
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Excellent eye for typography, color, layout and composition
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and take direction well
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, visually compelling designs on time
  • Adaptable to changes and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
