The Billing Assistant is responsible for supporting the billing and finance team in preparing, processing, and maintaining accurate invoices and billing records. The role ensures that all billing transactions are handled in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner while providing support for customer inquiries and internal reporting.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Finance or any other related field.
  • At least 1 of years of experience in billing, accounting, or clerical finance role.
  • OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software is an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Metro Manila.
  • Must be willing to START IMMEDIATELY.
