We are looking for an experienced O2C & Supply Chain Process Manager with over 8 years of expertise in the Order to Cash (O2C) domain, specifically within SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of SAP O2C modules, data migration processes, and a good understanding of Supply Chain workflows. This role demands excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and business users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end O2C process including order management, billing, collections, credit management, and customer master data
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless integration between Order Management, Logistics, and Fulfillment processes
  • Provide functional expertise on SAP O2C modules and related Supply Chain SAP modules (e.g., SD/MM/WM)
  • Identify relevant SAP tables and provide detailed data mapping inputs to BODS teams for data extraction and migration to Oracle
  • Support data cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities during SAP to Oracle migration
  • Analyze large data sets to identify inconsistencies, root causes, and recommend process improvements
  • Facilitate coordination between cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and supply chain
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Create process documentation, SOPs, and functional specifications
  • Lead or support Project Management activities: planning, status reporting, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
  • Mentor junior team members and provide leadership within the O2C and supply chain function

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in O2C process management
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP O2C modules (e.g., SD – Sales and Distribution)
  • Hands-on understanding of SAP tables relevant to O2C and supply chain data
  • Experience in data migration projects involving SAP to Oracle, preferably with BODS integration
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain processes (Order fulfillment, Inventory, Logistics, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven experience in team leadership and project management

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to SAP MM/WM modules in supply chain
  • Working knowledge of BODS ETL processes
  • Experience in automation or integration projects involving O2C or Supply Chain processes
