Banquet Waiter at Mama Lou's is responsible for providing excellent service during events by setting up banquet areas, attending to guests, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a smooth dining experience. The role includes coordinating with the kitchen and service team, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness, and upholding Mama Lou's standards of hospitality. Candidates with prior F&B or banquet experience are preferred, but those with strong communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and flexibility to work on weekends/holidays are welcome.
