Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily on-ground activities to identify and recruit additional CBAs.
  • Manage and oversee CBA outputs.
  • Confidently engage and discuss with different sectors such as LGUs, Barangays, HOAs, and other stakeholders.
  • Review start-of-day and end-of-day attendance, as well as acquisition results of CBAs.
  • Perform on-site visits to monitor team activities.
  • Monitor agent productivity at hourly intervals.
  • Gather on-ground insights and validate potential areas for deployment.

Qualifications and Work Experience Required
  • Must have a personal GCash account.
  • Mobile phone savvy – able to type fast, navigate, and use applications efficiently.
  • Good communication skills; can speak clearly and confidently.
  • Willing to strictly follow assigned schedule, day-offs, working hours, and office assignments.
  • Physically fit and able to work on-ground.
  • Can manage daily expenses during the first month of deployment (salary release is based on cutoff schedule).
  • Must have mobile data/internet access at all times.
  • Willing to work extended hours when needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledgeable in basic computer functions.
  • Able to confidently communicate and coordinate with LGUs, Barangays, HOAs, and other local organizations.
