Job Title: Accounting Analyst – Accounts Payable

Location: Mandaue City

Job Description:

What You'll Do:

  • Handle end-to-end accounts payable process for Bellshayce Prime Merchants, OPC
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of invoices and journal entries in the books
  • Verify vendor invoices, supporting documents, and payment requests
  • Prepare and process check payments, online transfers, and other disbursements
  • Reconcile supplier statements and address discrepancies
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of payment records
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure complete and accurate expense documentation
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Assist in internal and external audit requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate of Accounting, Accountancy, or Finance
  • With 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting functions
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payment processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (knowledge in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software is an advantage)
  • Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

About the Role:

The Accounting Analyst – Accounts Payable ensures the efficient and accurate processing of payments and recording of financial transactions for Bellshayce Prime Merchants. This role plays a key part in maintaining good supplier relationships and ensuring financial integrity through proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
