The ideal candidate has strong English writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver polished, engaging, and professional content.

Responsibilities:Job Post Creation and Optimization:

  • Review and extract job details from VMS systems.
  • Rewrite job postings to align with our company's tone and template.
  • Ensure job descriptions are clear, engaging, and tailored to attract top talent.

Platform Management:

  • Upload and publish job postings to LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
  • Ensure consistency in formatting and branding across all platforms.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to understand job requirements and target audience.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure accuracy and alignment with client needs.

Quality Assurance:

  • Proofread and edit job postings for grammar, spelling, and adherence to our style guide.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism in all written materials.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years copywriting experience or relevant experience
  • Strong English writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Prior corporate experience in copywriting (recruitment agencies, writing job descriptions) is a must.
  • Familiarity with VMS systems and job posting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management tools.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
