ONLINE SALES SUPERVISOR/ASST MANAGER

About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic and organized Online Sales Supervisor to lead our growing online sales team. You'll be in charge of ensuring all customer inquiries from Facebook, Website, and other digital channels are handled quickly, professionally, and converted into successful sales and bookings.

What You'll Do:


• Supervise daily online sales operations and team performance.


• Monitor inquiries and ensure fast, quality response and conversion.


• Implement sales strategies, promotions, and upselling opportunities.


• Coordinate with marketing, dispatch, and finance for smooth transactions.


• Prepare weekly sales reports and recommend improvements.

What You'll Need:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.


• At least 2–3 years of experience in online sales or customer service.


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Proficiency in tools like (or any CRM equivalent) Facebook Page Manager, CRM.


• Customer-first mindset and ability to work under pressure.
