About the Role

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining software integrity and ensuring that it meets functional requirements before it is delivered to clients. Your efforts will be central to upholding the quality and reliability of our offerings, thus reinforcing our reputation in the tech services industry.

What you will be doing


• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for various projects.


• Perform manual and automated testing, ensuring adherence to requirements.


• Leverage tools like Selenium and Cypress for UI automation.


• Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman.


• Engage in performance and security testing to ensure software robustness.


• Collaborate cross-functionally to address and resolve any QA issues.

Required Qualifications


• Proficient in the creation and execution of test plans both manually and automatically.


• Strong experience with UI automation tools like Selenium and Cypress.


• Competency in API testing techniques and utilizing tools like Postman.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience


• Experience in performance testing and security testing as part of quality assurance

processes.


• Familiarity with the Managed Services industry and previous experience in tech-centric

companies is a plus.


• Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance or Software Testing would be advantageous.
