About the role

As a Cashier at Kultura, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and handling all cash and payment transactions at our retail stores located in Taguig, Makati, Pasay, Mandaluyong and San Juan City. You will be provided with classroom and hands-on training right at the start of employment to prepare you for this important role in store operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Accurately process customer purchases, handle cash, credit/debit card and mobile payments
  • Provide customer service by answering questions, assisting with inquiries, and resolving any issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
  • Adhere to all cash handling procedures and security measures

What we're looking for

  • Previous cashier or retail experience, preferred but not required
  • At least Senior High School graduate
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Attention to detail for accurate cash handling
  • Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Can manage a schedule that includes work on weekends and holidays (with holiday premium pay)
