ABOUT THE ROLE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and develop backend services and APIs to enable seamless communication between the front end and integrated systems.
  • Build scalable data models and business logic to support headcount and expense forecasting.
  • Ensure data accuracy, performance, and reliability across multiple systems and environments.
  • Implement secure data handling and storage practices for sensitive financial and HR information.
  • Manage data flow and system interactions, ensuring that user actions (e.g., creating hiring scenarios or comparing plans) are processed and stored accurately.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, data, finance, HR) to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Optimize and maintain AWS infrastructure components for high availability and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience using Python
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (particularly Redshift and S3 Buckets).
  • Strong understanding of API design principles, RESTful architecture, and integration best practices.
  • Experience with data modeling, performance tuning, and managing large-scale data pipelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php120, Php180,000.00 per month
