Binondo, Philippines Sun Wu Full time ₱250,000 - ₱450,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Set up and manage user accounts, email, and system access.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot local network and internet connectivity.
  • Support company systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other business tools.
  • Perform system updates, security checks, and data backups.
  • Maintain IT documentation (inventory, incident logs, system configurations).
  • Coordinate with external vendors for IT purchases and repairs.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees (equipment and access setup).
  • Implement basic cybersecurity and data protection practices.
  • Perform basic document, photo, or video editing for internal reports, presentations, or marketing materials.
  • Support the marketing or HR team in creating simple layouts or graphics when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in IT support or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi).
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple support requests.
  • Basic editing skills using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with , Google Workspace, or other cloud-based systems.
  • Knowledge of basic server setup or maintenance.
  • Experience in cybersecurity tools or backup solutions.
  • Knowledge in basic web dev.
