Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their questions, concerns, and problems by providing accurate and relevant information.
• Maintain a detailed record of all customer interactions, including call logs and follow-up actions.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that all customer interactions comply with company standards and legal requirements.
