We are mass hiring Call Center Agents/Customer Service Representatives across our Metro Manila sites
Looking for a ONE DAY HIRING PROCESS? We got you Also, we are open for applicants with NO BPO EXPERIENCE.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with understanding their bills, charges, and payment options.
- Process payments, refunds, and adjustments in accordance with company policies.
- Assist customers in setting up payment plans or arrangements when necessary.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on billing and account management activities as required.
