Data Architect
where you'll design, develop, and maintain data architecture that powers our systems and intelligence. You'll ensure data structures are built for performance, security, and scale-aligning every solution with the company's broader technology strategy.

What You Bring to the Table

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in database design, data engineering, or data architecture roles
• Proven expertise in
  relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra)
  ,
  with strong, non-negotiable experience in PostgreSQL
• Proficient in
  data modeling tools (e.g., ER/Studio, dbt, ERwin) and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Scala
• Familiar with
  cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse)
• Strong understanding of
  data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
• Knowledgeable in
  data governance, security, and compliance best practices
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus
• Preferably with a background in people management

What You'll Be Driving

• Design and implement data models, structures, and databases to support enterprise applications and analytics
• Develop and maintain data architecture documentation, including data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and metadata definitions
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to define data requirements and guide the implementation of efficient data access patterns
• Ensure data integration across systems using APIs, ETL pipelines, and data warehousing solutions
• Define and enforce data governance, data quality standards, and best practices
• Evaluate and recommend data technologies and tools for scalability and agility
• Perform database performance tuning and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability
• Monitor industry trends and apply new technologies to improve data storage, management, and analysis
• Support compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and company policies
