Voice Recordist

Based in Manila,Philippine;
6days/48hours working per week

Job Requirements:

•Minimum education S1 (preferably Economics/Business/Technology)

•Understand Microsoft Excel and Outlook

•Background from bank, insurance, multifinance, fintech / Experienced as Customer service or desk collection is a plus

•Willing to join as soon as possible

•Native speakers preferred;Authentic accent of Filipino English

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce speech content as required, including speech production, text translation, and continuous optimization and iteration of speech;

• Assist in the the voice AI localization, including but not limited to translating, proofreading, polishing, reviewing and voice record(mainly).

• Provide multilingual and cultural input that allows customers to comfortably enjoy the voice AI service in their own linguistic and cultural context.

• Performs data entry using various computer programs, word processing, spreadsheet or database commands and formats material as required.

• Perform quality work within deadlines.

• Interact professionally with other employees.

• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
