Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related Engineering course
  • Open to entry-level applicants; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel (knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage)
  • Solid understanding of inventory management principles and supply chain processes
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas clearly
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Description:

  • Analyze and determine supply & production requirements based on sales orders and target inventory level.
  • Track and monitor production performances of all plants.
  • Close coordination with the plants regarding production & inventory management.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
  • Participate in production and supply planning meetings to provide updates and discuss issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of supply data, including volume, types, and quality of products. Prepare supply reports and keep management informed about supply/production status.
  • Oversee inventory management and place orders as needed.
  • Collaborating with operations, production and other supply chain department team
