QUALIFICATIONS:

Education : Graduate of Vocational / TESDA or Engineering with

Valid PRC License RMEE, REE , CPM , RME

Work Experience : At least 2 to 3 years in manufacturing set-up for foods

Others : Know basic MS Office Applications, working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and Machine Operating Procedures. Sound knowledge on steam systems ( boiler , Refrigeration systems , water system , wastewater systems , generator set and medium voltage switch gear operation and maintenance. Awareness on safety regulations and industry standards, and understanding of the processes involved.

JOB SUMMARY : The Industrial Services Technician is tasked with range of essential functions critical for the smooth and safe running of plant Industrial Services (utility) systems. His primary duties include monitoring the operation, maintenance, and repair of plant Industrial Services (utility) systems He is expected to regularly inspect equipment, monitor temperature and pressure readings, conduct routine cleaning, and ensure that systems are operating efficiently and safely. During emergencies, the Industrial Services Technician must promptly resolve issues to prevent operational disruptions or safety hazards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Maintaining and doing minor repairs on all associated components.

  2. Regularly testing of Industrial Services such as Boiler system, Water pumps and systems, Wastewater blowers and components, medium voltage switch gear system, generator set system and assistance refrigeration systems

  3. Doing Laboratory test for water, wastewater and boiler water and recording

  4. Keeping detailed records of inspections, maintenance routines and repairs

  5. Recording and managing the fuel inventory and other consumables necessary for Industrial Services (utility) operation.

  6. Ensuring that all activities complies with safety regulations and industry standards.

  7. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment condition, and maintenance cost.

  8. Ensuring no downtime on all Industrial Services (utilities) equipment's

  9. Ensuring efficient operations of all Industrial Services (utilities) equipment's by targeting /lowering consumption of fuel, water and energy and will not suffer its design capacity

  10. Involve in Improvements of efficient operations of all Industrial Services (utilities) equipment's

  11. Other activities that required by immediate superior in line with engineering department requirements.

  12. Complying with internal policies and industry regulations.
