Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving B2B transactions — from lead generation and client acquisition to deal closing, partnership management, and client retention. This role plays a key part in expanding HiEssence's business network, establishing long-term relationships, and ensuring sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new B2B leads through research, networking, and outreach initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and partners aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct product presentations, proposals, and negotiations to acquire and close new business deals.
  • Build, strengthen, and manage strategic partnerships to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through consistent engagement and relationship management.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and partnership targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
