Job Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair on production equipment.
- Work to improve manufacturing processes and production efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers and the production team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year technical course or a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Knowledgeable in manufacturing processes, basic power supply theory, and digital/analog electronics.
- Skilled in electronic assembly and soldering, problem-solving, and preventive maintenance.
- Possesses good verbal and written communication skills and is computer literate.
- Experience with technical drawing software like Solidworks or Autocad is a plus.
