We are looking for a highly skilled Civil Engineer with a strong background in structural engineering, who is proficient in SketchUp and Computer-Aided Structural (CAS) analysis tools. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, analysis, and implementation of construction projects involving buildings, infrastructure, and structural systems. This role combines creative modeling with rigorous structural calculations to ensure safe, cost-effective, and compliant engineering solutions.

  • Design and model architectural and structural elements using SketchUp for visual presentations, conceptual planning, and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Perform structural analysis and design using software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar tools.
  • Prepare 3D models, engineering drawings, specifications, and detailed reports.
  • Ensure structural integrity and compliance with relevant building codes, safety standards, and design specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, contractors, and other engineers during all project phases.
  • Conduct site visits for inspections, assessments, and supervision of construction activities.
  • Optimize materials and design approaches for cost-efficiency and sustainability.
  • Review construction documents, shop drawings, and coordinate with drafting teams.
  • Prepare documentation for regulatory approvals, tenders, and project proposals.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's in Structural Engineering is a plus).
  • 2+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering design and construction.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modeling and design visualization.
  • Proficient in at least one major structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000).
  • Familiarity with drafting and BIM tools like AutoCAD, Revit is an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of international or local building codes (e.g., IS Codes, ACI, Eurocode, AISC).
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills.
