About this job

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the RevOps Admin & Analytics role is hands-on and responsible for the day-to-day health of our RevOps stack, primarily centered on HubSpot. This ensures Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams have access to clean data, reliable automation, and actionable reporting.

Core Duties by Competency:

Knows the Business

  • Manage permissions, security settings, audit logs, sandbox environments, release notes, and change management.
  • Define funnel metrics and sources of truth (volume, velocity, conversion, win rates, pipeline health).
  • Conduct cohort analysis (campaigns, segments) and set up attribution (UTM strategy, model validation).
  • Build dashboards for Executives, Sales leadership, Marketing, and CS; maintain report version control.

Leads Others

  • Configure CRM objects, properties, validation rules, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, owners, and teams.
  • Map GTM processes (Lead → Opportunity → Customer → Expansion) and translate into system logic.
  • Write clear runbooks, data dictionaries, and oversee change logs.
  • Prioritize and manage stakeholder expectations (can say "not now" with options).
  • Bias toward documentation and training; empathetic to end-users.

Accountable

  • Monitor SLAs (speed-to-lead, follow-up compliance) and set up alerting systems.
  • Build & maintain workflows (lead routing, MQL → SAL/SQL handoffs, renewals/expansions, task queues).
  • Ensure data quality: manage imports, deduplication, merging, picklist governance, and recycle rules.
  • Manage forms, CTAs, landing pages, marketing emails, sequences, templates, and snippets.

Team Player

  • Integrate and govern third-party tools (ZoomInfo, Gong, calendars, webinar platforms, enrichment tools).
  • Think in systems with a QA mindset: test before/after changes and monitor for regressions.
  • Build dashboards for Execs, Sales leadership, Marketing, CS; maintain report version control.
  • Bias toward documentation and training; empathetic to end-users.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in HubSpot administration, analytics, and reporting.
  • 1–3 years hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hub).
  • Proven ability to build workflows, lead routing, and cross-object reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Working knowledge of SQL (reads, joins, filters) for ad-hoc validation and BI queries.
  • Familiarity with APIs/JSON concepts and data imports/ETL hygiene.
  • Strong communication skills: able to translate business questions into data/automation requirements and produce crisp documentation.

Additional Skills

  • Experience with ZoomInfo, Gong, Slack automation.
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Python (pandas) or JavaScript for custom code actions; Zapier/Make.
  • Attribution/UTM governance; GA4; basic Salesforce knowledge.
