Technical and Experience Qualifications

• Experience: Multiple years of experience in automotive painting or a related field is often required, with a proven track record of high-quality work.
• Paint and Material Knowledge: A strong understanding of various paint types, mixing, and application techniques is crucial.
• Color Matching: The ability to accurately match colors is a critical skill.
• Surface Preparation: Expertise in preparing surfaces for painting is essential, including sanding, cleaning, and priming.
• Equipment Proficiency: Knowledge of using and maintaining painting equipment is necessary.
• Formal Certifications: Depending on the region, certifications like TESDA's Automotive Body Painting/Finishing NC II are often required or preferred.
• Safety Standards: Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations is important.
