Supervisor

Core responsibilities

• Team management: Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees to achieve individual and team goals.
• Task and workflow management: Assign duties, organize workflow, set performance goals and deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure operational efficiency.
• Performance and development: Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, offer coaching, and identify opportunities for training and professional development.
• Communication and support: Act as a liaison between employees and senior management, communicate objectives, and address and resolve conflicts or issues promptly.
• Policy and compliance: Ensure team members adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and safety guidelines.
