About the role

As a Roving Merchandiser at S&L Fine Foods', you will be responsible for ensuring our premium food products are displayed and presented to the highest standards across our network of retail outlets in Makati City Metro Manila. This full-time role is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales. You will work closely with store managers to optimise product visibility and availability, while adhering to company merchandising guidelines.

What you'll be doing

  1. Visiting assigned retail stores on a regular basis to inspect, maintain and replenish product displays
  2. Ensuring all products are correctly priced, stocked and presented to company standards
  3. Collaborating with store staff to identify and resolve any issues or improve store performance
  4. Providing feedback to the central merchandising team on store conditions, stock levels and customer trends
  5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of store visits and activities

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a merchandiser or retail associate
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of product presentation
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with store staff
  4. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously to resolve issues
  5. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required to meet store needs
  6. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales growth
