Position Overview

This is a leadership role within the Client Success function. The Senior Account Manager is the strategic owner of key client relationships and the internal project manager who ensures seamless delivery across all workstreams.

This role requires:

  • Strong project management excellence
  • Comfort project management tools, eagerness to learn new tools, automation, and AI adoption
  • Ability to work across and understand performance marketing, SEO, social/creative, and analytics
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, problem-solve, and drive efficiencies
  • A calm, structured, strategic presence

You are the person who always "knows the whole board," anticipates issues, and creates clarity for both the client and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Leadership & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for luxury hospitality clients, owning client communication, expectations, and satisfaction.
  • Lead strategic conversations and provide data-driven recommendations tied to client goals.
  • Build long-term trust with senior stakeholders and represent with clarity, structure, and confidence.

2. Strategic Planning & Digital Advisory

  • Develop annual and quarterly digital strategies across performance marketing, SEO, social media, and content.
  • Analyse trends, competitive landscapes, and digital performance to shape client direction.
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable next steps.

3. Project Management & Delivery Excellence

  • Own the full project lifecycle across all clients, ensuring tasks, timelines, owners, and deliverables are always clear.
  • Drive project management using

, Google Sheets, and other workflow tools.
- Implement efficient processes, automation, and AI tools to remove friction and increase delivery speed.
- Ensure all teams (creative, media, data, operations) are aligned and working against a unified plan.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Manage and coordinate internal teams across creative, paid media, SEO, data analytics, and content.
  • Translate client briefs into clear internal instructions with structured timelines.
  • Lead weekly internal check-ins and monthly performance reviews.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Oversee monthly performance reports, ensuring accuracy, insightfulness, and relevance.
  • Review media dashboards, GA4, Looker Studio, SEO tools, Meta/Google ads data.
  • Present insights to clients with clear explanations and recommended optimizations.

6. Platform Fluency & Technical Competence

You should be comfortable with basic knowledge from the following list : 

  • Project Management tools, - Google Sheets.

, Notion, Asana, or similar

(VLOOKUPs, pivots, conditional formatting preferred)
- AI tools

: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude
- Paid Media

: Meta Ads, Google Ads, audience targeting, campaign logic

- Creative workflows

: briefing designers, content feedback, approvals

7. Internal Leadership & Upsell Strategy

  • Mentor junior RMs and guide them to handle accounts independently.
  • Identify upsell opportunities (new markets, additional channels, audits, strategy projects).
  • Maintain account health scorecards and identify red flags early.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years experience in digital marketing, account management, or consulting—including client-facing leadership.
  • Strong project management discipline; experience using or similar tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams calmly and confidently.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, content workflows, creative ideation, and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, client handling, and presentation skills.
  • Strong proficiency / Native fluency in English
    is a must.
  • Agency experience preferred but not mandatory
  • High ownership mindset: proactive, anticipatory, structured, and solution-oriented.
  • Interest in luxury hospitality, travel, design, and high-touch client management is a plus.
