Oracle EPM Lead

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM AMS Lead to provide ongoing support and optimization for Oracle EPM Cloud applications, with a focus on Planning and Budgeting (PBCS) and/or Account Reconciliation (ARCS).

This role requires a deep understanding of EPM configurations, integrations, reporting, and process automation, ensuring that clients maximize the value of their Oracle EPM investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end AMS support for Oracle EPM Planning and Budgeting (PBCS) and/or Account Reconciliation (ARCS).
  • Ensure smooth monthly and annual financial cycles, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Work closely with finance and business users to support forecasting, budgeting, and reconciliation processes.
  • Lead and drive EPM enhancements, including process automation, integrations, and reporting improvements.
  • Develop, maintain and optimize financial reports, dashboards, and Smart View templates for better insights.

Key Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud AMS, with expertise in Planning and Budgeting (PBCS) and/or Account Reconciliation (ARCS).
  • Hands-on experience in EPM configurations, business rules, calculation scripts, and workflow management.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical and functional issues in an AMS environment.
  • Knowledge of data integrations between EPM and ERP, using tools like Data Management (DM) or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Expertise in Smart View, Financial Reports (FR), BI Publisher, and Excel-based reporting.
  • Experience in an AMS or managed services environment is preferred.
  • Oracle EPM certifications are a plus.
