Operations:

  1. Inspect and assess truck at yard every day before official time and/or at 7:30am.

  2. Conduct morning huddle every day at 8:00 am to discuss plan, deliverables for the day.

  3. Accept/ evaluate job complaints from the drivers and assess if it will take more than 2 hours of repair.

  4. Set and monitor timeframe for repairs.

  5. Implement No Job Order, No Repair Policy

  6. Create and encode job order and delegate jobs to mechanics with the help of the chief mechanic for validation of complaint.

  7. Coordinate with warehouseman regarding availability and arrival of requested parts.

  8. Review, validate parts requested by the mechanics as per job order. For Maintenance Manager's approval.

  9. Deploy crew for rescue purposes, ensure the completeness of tools, documents needed.

  10. Coordinate with dispatch regarding job orders, pending units and release vehicles.

  11. Monitor on projects, material needed and meet deadline commitment for each job.

  12. Maintain and update 201 of all company vehicles.

  13. Maintain the cleanliness of the motor pool.

  14. Set a schedule preventive maintenance of all company vehicles and coordinate with logistics operations.

  15. Monitor and maintain a fleet monitoring status.

  16. Submit daily reports of maintenance update every 10:00am, 12:00nn and 5:00pm.

  17. Update breakdown monitoring on a weekly basis and submit to Maintenance Head every Saturday at 10:00am.

  18. Submit summary of rescue, analysis on common repairs, recommendation and actions plans every Saturday at 9:00am.

  19. Submit summary of fleet done for PMS on a weekly basis, every Saturday at 5:00pm

  20. Ensure that the policies and procedures are being implemented.

Administrative:

  1. Schedule manpower for skeletal, shifting or overtime and submit to Maintenance Manager

  2. Prepare costing of repairs for insurance claims.

  3. Participate with the trainings provided by the Company.

  4. Foster team environment within facility and demonstrate strong leadership skills.

  5. Manage, evaluate and mentor subordinates

  6. Support Company's Mission and Core Values

  7. Ensure that the DTRs/ leave forms are signed on a timely manner.

  8. Evaluate subordinates every performance evaluation period.

  9. Review and create job descriptions and KPI of all subordinates.

  10. Ensure that proper disciplinary action is made for all employee. Prepares incident report.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
