About the role

Taft Property Venture Development Corp. is seeking talented Industrial Engineering (IE) Interns or On-the-Job Trainees (OJTs) to join our team. This internship role is based in Cebu City, Cebu, providing you with the opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your skills in the field of Industrial Engineering.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the analysis and optimization of production processes and workflows
  2. Participate in the design and implementation of efficient systems and procedures
  3. Contribute to the development of cost-effective solutions to improve productivity and quality
  4. Gather and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements
  6. Gain hands-on experience in the application of industrial engineering principles
  7. You will be assigned to the following departments: Business Process and Internal Audit

What we're looking for

  1. Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement methodologies
  6. Familiarity with industrial engineering software and tools is a plus
