Role Description:
We are seeking a part-time Data Visualization Analyst (20–40 hours/week) to support our Business Operations team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is comfortable working independently. The successful candidate will maintain and improve existing dashboards, develop new performance and financial dashboards in Power BI, and work in an Azure environment with data sets across systems, including CRM platforms and internal databases. You should have a solid understanding of core financial concepts and be able to create and evolve metrics that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to prioritize and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential.
This role also contributes to strengthening the technical infrastructure by adding coding-capable front-end and back-end data engineers to the team, and enhancing the data engineering function through the integration of specialists skilled in Python, SQL, and web technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous Data Visualization experience is required. (3+ years preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling, and report generation).
- Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data in relational databases.
- Proficiency in Power Query (M language, Python) for data transformation and ETL
- Expertise in DAX for creating calculated columns, measures, and advanced calculations.
- Basic understanding of business financials (e.g., revenue, profit margins, cost analysis, budgeting).
- Experience in data cleaning, transformation, and management using Power BI or related tools.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with NetSuite for financial operations, reporting, or system workflows.
- Experience with a CRM (Salesforce, Affinity, Mademarket, etc.) including data relations and an understanding of sales pipelines.
- Proficiency with Azure or a comparable data warehouse for data management, analytics, or cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with AI/LLMs, including RAG techniques
- Flexible commitment: open to part-time or full-time, with a range of 20–40 hours per week, depending on availability and scope.
- Must be willing to work flexible US Eastern Time Zone hours.
