Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and market penetration of oncology products in assigned territory
  • Engage with oncologists, hematologists, cancer centers, and hospitals to build long-term relationships
  • Conduct product presentations, CME activities, and training programs with healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and analyze territory performance, competitors, and market trends
  • Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and alignment with company KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, regulatory, supply chain) for product success

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3 years in oncology
  • Proven sales track record in achieving or exceeding targets
  • Strong network among oncologists, hospital pharmacists, and institutional buyers
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and strategic mindset
