1. Develop & execute material requirement plans for ingredients and supplies based on production schedules and demand forecasts

2. Monitor inventory levels and establish re-order points to prevent stockouts or overstocking

3. Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability

4. Generate purchase requisitions and coordinate with the procurement team for timely ordering

5. Track order status with suppliers and follow up to prevent delivery delays

6. Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, ingredients, and supplies

7. Manage urgent or expedited materials requests when needed

8. Prepare regular reports on material availability, inventory health, and supply performance

9. Identify opportunities for cost savings, waste reduction, and process improvement

10. Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superior whenever necessary

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering course
• No experience required
• Proficient in MS Excel & planning tools
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
