Qualifications

 Previous experience in analyzing requirements using techniques such as use cases

& scenarios, user stories, business rule analysis, process diagrams, and data flow

diagrams.

 Proven experience in defining and documenting requirements/user stories across

brands/projects.

 Experience in working in an agile environment.

 Good troubleshooting skills, and effective analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Prior experience in relation to the field of Banking and Finance or Merchant and

Payment is a MUST.

 Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for gathering client requirements and doing gap analysis based on the client requirements.

Reviewing of data collected through requirement gathering sessions and analyzing important business data and presenting the Software Requirement Specifications, User Manuals and Change Request Forms

Ability to conduct comprehensive user training and system compliance.

Reviewing client and business nature along with the project requirements and introducing more effective and efficient methods of completing the set project.

Developing standards and procedures for the set projects and training internal and external stakeholders as and when required.

Identifying and bridging the gaps which arise during the execution of the project between the technical perspective and business perspective for both client and the company.

Completing of Request for Proposal's with the assistance of the internal stake holders.

Conducting proof of concepts and demonstrations to the internal and external stake holders.

Conducting Business Analysis compliance checking.

Obtaining sign offs for Software Requirement Specifications.

Post-go-live audits, certifications & ensuring customer acceptance.
