We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who will take a technical leadership role in our growing team. You'll guide and mentor developers while remaining hands-on in designing, building, and maintaining robust web applications. This role requires a strong balance of leadership, architecture planning, and coding expertise.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that support our gaming and digital platform initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Fullstack Architecture & Platform Development

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure applications across the full stack using NestJS, Laravel, , and JavaScript.

• Lead architectural decisions for large platforms that process real-time data and high-volume transactions.

• Ensure systems are modular, maintainable, and aligned with overall product and business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration With Product & Integration Teams

• Work closely with product, integration, and operations teams to design backend services that support various external platforms and third-party content providers.

• Serve as a technical bridge between backend systems, frontend applications, and external service engines to ensure seamless data flow and consistent user experience.

API Design, Integrations & Microservices

• Architect and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration pipelines used for transactions, user management, reporting, and multiple external system connections.

• Ensure all integrations are secure, stable, and optimized for low latency and large-scale data processing.

• Lead API mapping, troubleshooting, and refinement when onboarding new external partners.

Frontend Engineering & Internal Tools Development

• Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance interfaces using for internal dashboards, control panels, analytics tools, and partner portals.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver clean, efficient workflows for internal and external stakeholders.

• Champion best practices in usability, accessibility, and responsive design.

Performance, Scalability & Security Optimization

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across backend services, databases, and API communication layers.

• Implement strong security practices including authentication, authorization, data protection, and access control.

• Optimize systems to handle peak loads, high-frequency requests, and concurrent user activity.

Code Quality, Standards & Peer Leadership

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards.

• Lead and participate in code reviews to maintain high quality and consistency across the engineering team.

• Contribute to improving development processes, coding guidelines, and technical standards.

Issue Resolution, Production Stability & Monitoring

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in development, staging, and production environments.

• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting tools to maintain system stability and reliability.

• Coordinate with DevOps and support teams for smooth deployments and efficient incident handling.

Technical Mentorship & Team Leadership

• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on architecture, design patterns, debugging, and professional development.

• Support hiring, onboarding, and fostering a collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and technical excellence.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends relevant to modern web platforms.

• Recommend and drive system improvements, process enhancements, and architectural upgrades to support growth and scalability.

Operational & Business Support

• Take ownership of high-priority tasks assigned by leadership that support broader business and operational goals.

• Ensure all implementations adhere to company policies, security standards, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with proven experience in leading or mentoring development teams.

• Strong expertise in NestJS, Laravel, , JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Background or experience in the gaming industry is highly preferred.

• Experience working with large platforms, API integrations, and systems handling high-volume transactions.

• Skilled in building tools, services, dashboards, or real-time data applications.

• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including coding standards, architecture, testing, and deployment pipelines.

• Deep experience in developing scalable, distributed systems and microservices.

• Advanced proficiency with MySQL/PostgreSQL, database optimization, and RESTful API development.

• Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.

• Knowledge of security best practices, performance optimization, and responsive design principles.

• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Passion for building high-quality products and delivering exceptional experiences to users and partners.

• Experience developing scalable and efficient APIs using NestJS and TypeScript.

• Experience with Kafka for message-driven architectures is a plus.

• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks , React, or Angular).

• Strong backend experience with , PHP, or similar server-side languages.

• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and Agile methodologies.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker).

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to lead by example, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
