For Swiss Leading Data Center, we're looking for a skilled Network Automation Engineer with strong Python development experience and a solid background in network engineering. You'll play a key role in automating and optimizing large-scale network operations—improving efficiency, visibility, and reliability through scripting, tooling, and close collaboration with infrastructure teams.

Your Role & Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation tools for network provisioning, configuration, monitoring, auditing, and reporting.
  • Automate and managenetwork inventory, topology discovery, health checks, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Develop Python scripts and integrate with network systems/controllers via REST or SOAP APIs to improve workflows.
  • Analyze, refactor, and maintain existing Python-based automation code.
  • Support network configuration, deployment, andtroubleshooting for IP, Ethernet, routing, switching, and firewall environments.
  • Enhance network monitoring, alerting, andvisualization through automation.
  • Work closely with NOC, engineering, and DevOps teams to scale and support operations.
  • Maintain well-structured, documented Python code, Git repositories, and supporting documentation.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or any related course
  • 5+ years of experience in network automation or network engineering with strong scripting skills (ISP or carrier environment preferred).
  • Solid knowledge of Python for automation and tool development.
  • Solid hands-on experience with routing (BGP, OSPF), switching, VLANs, ACLs, and L2/L3 troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in networking tools and protocols such as SNMP, NetFlow, syslog, tcpdump, and Wireshark.
  • Skilled in Git, version control, and working with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Netmiko, Nornir, or Napalm is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Zabbix.
  • Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented work style.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Cisco DevNet are a plus.
