About the role

Arayat Doctors Hospital is seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team in Arayat Pampanga. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to our patients, helping them regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life. What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and develop individualised treatment plans for patients
  2. Implement a range of physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programmes, and the use of specialised equipment
  3. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to provide holistic patient care
  5. Educate patients and their families on home-based exercises and self-management strategies
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  7. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field of physical therapy

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
  2. Valid licence to practice as a Physical Therapist in the Philippines
  3. Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills, with a focus on evidence-based practice
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team
  5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Proficiency in using various physical therapy equipment and technologies
