JOB OVERVIEW
The Admin Staff is responsible for supporting the daily human resource operations and administrative functions of the resort. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of HR-related tasks such as recruitment, timekeeping, records management, and compliance, while also handling administrative requests including supplies management and documentation. The position plays a key role in maintaining an organized and compliant work environment aligned with company standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in HR or administrative support (resort or hospitality background is an advantage).
- Knowledge of labor laws and government statutory benefits.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
- Can multitask and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be assigned on-site and work in a resort-based setup.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Human Resources Functions:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (posting, screening, scheduling, and onboarding).
- Maintain updated and complete 201 files for all employees.
- Monitor employee attendance and process daily time records (DTR) for payroll.
- Assist in preparation and issuance of contracts, notices, and memos.
- Support employee relations activities such as orientations, evaluations, and incident documentation.
- Track contract expiration, renewals, and exit clearances.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE reports).
- Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
- Coordinate with head office HR team for updates, reporting, and compliance.
Administrative Functions:
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies, uniforms, and other admin-related requests.
- Assist in processing permits, licenses, and local government documentation as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both HR and administrative documents.
- Coordinate logistics and accommodations for resort staff, applicants, or visiting officers.
- Support daily office operations and serve as a liaison between departments and the head office.
- Provide support in planning and facilitating employee events and engagement activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
