The Impact You'll Make
Responsible for selling the company's products or services to and maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
What You'll Do
Responsible for developing and executing strategies to maintain account team penetration. Defense plans to gain market share, and increase gross margin and profitability. This position is also responsible for predicting revenue commits, building customer trust and managing installed base management (escalation, contract performance, CoC and productivity).
- Develop long term strategies and short-term tactics according to penetration and defense projects.
- Accountable to forecast and meet quarterly commitments and AOP objectives
- Responsible for product/tool gross margin and profitability.
- Establish and build customer relations and business partnering
- Serve as the primary person of Lam regarding to details and explanation of Clean/Deposition product. Handle appropriate paperwork which pertain to sales, delivery, and final negotiations.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and update regularly regarding to change of prior plan. Issue quotation, PCW (Product Configuration Worksheet) and NSR (Non-Standard Requirement) for proper configuration and system slotting.
- Align to account team's gross margin goal with the proper strategies through VPA negotiation, Configuration management, Order fulfillment and PO process, and AR collection.
Who We're Looking For
- Ideal candidate is preferred an MS degree in chemical engineering, material science, engineering or related fields
10 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry
- Technical knowledge of Lam's technological and competitive advantage including Deposition/Clean technology and know-how of software
- Familiarity with Lam's internal management systems including financial / P&L model will be an advantage.
- Have account management including excellent people management and strategic customer relationship building skills
- Possess strong interpersonal, communications skills, and experience in dealing with difficult work partners.
- Command good oral and written in English
- Ability to work on one's own and make decisions within responsibility of the assigned area
- Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills

'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
