Junior Teacher

Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and committed Junior Teacher to join our team. The Junior Teacher will be responsible for implementing the school's curriculum program, utilizing age-appropriate teaching aids, and creating a supportive environment that encourages children aged 18 months to 5 years to explore and develop their skills. This role also involves building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to enhance the educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that promote the intellectual, emotional, and social growth of preschool-aged children.
• Utilize various teaching aids and materials to create an interactive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Establish a nurturing and safe space for children to learn, explore, and express themselves.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and coworkers, fostering a sense of community within the school.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to improve teaching techniques and stay current with industry trends.
• Ensure the classroom is organized and conducive to learning, incorporating safety protocols, including First Aid.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education with a Preschool Specialization / Certificate in Teaching Program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong adaptability to fast-paced environments.
• Good moral conduct and professional integrity.
• Knowledge of First Aid for children ages 18 months to 5 years.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• Willing to work in CLARK, PAMPANGA.

Experience:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
