Position: IT Associate

Location: Amorita Resort, Panglao Island, Bohol

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, Wi-Fi, and CCTV systems.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Assist in system upgrades, backups, and data security measures.
  • Support property management systems (PMS) and point-of-sale (POS) applications.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT-related purchases and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and IT policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience (hospitality IT experience is an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and software applications.
  • Familiarity with PMS, POS, and CCTV systems preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
