The HR Supervisor plans and oversees our company's compensation and benefits programs. The HR Supervisor will be responsible for reviewing and modifying existing programs, ensuring these comply with current legislation, supporting the recruitment process, and managing day-to-day compensation and benefits-related activities.



QUALIFICATIONS


  1. Degree in a program of study related to Human Resources, Business Management, Sociology, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology
  2. Demonstrated experience in Human Resource
  3. At least 5 years of experience as HR Officer/Team Leader handling one or more facets of HR

  3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  6. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  7. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  8. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  9. Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  1. Develop, Implement, Communicate and Administer compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures.
  2. Supervises daily compensation and benefits operations including salary Structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan and design and analysis, assists in planning for health and welfare, retirement and work life benefits.
  3. Ensure all timekeeping and payroll transactions are processed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.
  4. Compile, calculate, and enter data in a payroll system.
  5. Ensure that salary, withholding taxes and government contributions comply with regulations.
  6. Liaise with Government Insurance authorities (SSS, Philhealth, HDMF) and ensure compliance.
  7. Supervise punctual enrollment and deletion of J&T Express employees in HMO, including timely payment to service provider.
