JOB DESCRIPTION:

To oversee all aspects of nightclub operations, ensuring a safe, profitable, and vibrant environment that delivers exceptional guest experiences.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations Management

  • Supervise daily club activities including opening/closing procedures
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, especially liquor licensing and safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness, security, and ambiance standards

Staff Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and manage staff (bartenders, servers, DJs, security)
  • Schedule shifts and monitor performance
  • Foster a positive, high-energy team culture

Customer Experience

  • Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction
  • Monitor crowd behavior and coordinate with security for safety
  • Curate entertainment and events that align with target clientele

Financial Oversight

  • Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and financial reports
  • Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies (alcohol, equipment)
  • Handle billing, cash flow, and vendor payments

Marketing & Promotion

  • Plan and promote themed nights, live performances, and special events
  • Collaborate with promoters, artists, and influencers
  • Maintain the club's reputation and visibility in the local scene

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Budgeting, inventory control, and basic accounting
  • Event planning, social media, and community engagement
  • Prior experience in hospitality or nightlife management is essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
